Re:I like CDex (http://www.cdex.n3.net/); it can be a bit fussy sometimes with WinXP, since it accesses the drives differently than Win9x. You may need to download some ASPI drivers (http://www.ncf.carleton.ca/~aa571/aspi.htm). Also, get LAME 3.93.1 dll here (http://hot.ee/smpman/mp3/) and decompress it to the CDex folder, overwriting the dll there.
It's freeware too.
