i just installed Direct X 9 beta prepatched without the bomb yesterday for winxp, and today I went to Windows Update and the says

“Access Denied

Network policy settings prevent you from using Windows Update to download and install updates your computer.

If you believe you received this message in error, please contact your system administrator. “

any idea?

Q: So I hear the NTFS file system lets me map a local folder as a network drive. That prompted me to write my partition to NTFS reformat and reinstall win2k. Now Im here, I have no idea what to do. all Im ready to network folders and not just my local folders.
