Q: Im trying ALSA driver package to install on my machine. Ive tried using both Red Hat 6.1 and 7.0 I have a 724 Yamaha based sound, which is now supported by ALSA

I downloaded the latest version of the driver from the ALSA site, and tried to install a instructions.

When them I try the drivers to compile with the u0026quot; u0026quot, run make install, per instructions of the INSTALL document, I get the following errors:

How do I schedule defragmentation utility on car running in W2K? [defrag] [batch file]

Q: I want weekly schedule defrag at 3 partitions.
How can I do this in W2K?

One problem I see is that the Win defrag utility requires options for turning.
The greatest problem is to select the drive that is different than the current drive.

I am sure a batch file can be written, but I do not know how the options needed in the utility program when the command begins .
Any tips?

Pop-ups to increase after installing the patch XPWorm?!?! [worm patch] [slimbrowser]

Q: I and a co-worker have both noticed that after installing the XP Worm Microsoft patch we keep growing pop-up messages with the appearance of a Windows message box. Advertise different things. Personally, I am actively Slim Browser, which is a very good pop-up blocker. I got a popup havevt months during use, until the patch is installed. Has anyone else noticed? I just ran ad-aware, Im hoping that will ensure it.

Can I copy my 2k from one to another HD to install? [gig drive] [mbr]

Q: I want to do this without ghosting.

I, the contents of a 30 gig drive, win2k, and I want to put that on my second hard drive, which is installed and has a 40 gig drive. I have both partitions, c: is OS and drivers and stuff. So I can partition to copy the first partition on the second disk. I think I would need to copy the MBR or modify it a new? Is there a command line stuff to make the new drive bootable? Thanks.
