Cox 15Mbps – any experience? Lag to murder [annoyance] [comcast]

Q: I just moved and switched from (I think they were at 6Mbps) of Cox (5Mbps). For $ 10 extra per month Cox will bump you up from 5Mbps to 15Mbps. Im not a big downloader, but Ive noticed was with Cox. With , everything was always right. Im now wondering whether to upgrade to the 15Mbps plan will I meet the backlog elimination. Re: may have been caching commonly-accessed sites. That's a common practice among ISPs to reduce load times and network traffic.

There is a delay when loading web pages. Usually just a few seconds. It's kind of annoying; with , page loads were immediate for the majority of sites out there (major sites like Google, Yahoo!, etc.).
