Does Asus offer advanced RMA? [system integrators] [end users]

Q: Does anyone know if Asus offers advance RMAs (for clarity . ship the replacement of your card, you have about 2 weeks time to by a defect)

I again see that option for the VAR (Value Added Reseller) and SI () . but I see no .

any help would be appreciated if I can not wait 3-4 weeks for normal turnaround Asus .

Re:Asus is not that bad, Try Giga-byte, You have to Mail them a letter first to request a RMA they wont do it Via email or phone call. I have a problem with my Giga-byte board but I will have to buy another board because this is going to take weeks to get a RMA done, They suck big time.

Re:to answer my own question..they do offer advance RMA's..however..they charge your credit card ahead of time for the full retail price of the motherboard, plus a shipping charge (which they ship the advance overnight, so I assume the shipping charge is rather hefty). Then once they receive the defective motherboard they credit you for the retail price of the motherboard only!. Doing an advance RMA with Asus means that you have to pay shipping of the defective mobo, plus overnight shipping for the replacement.

so, I think this will be among the last time I buy an Asus motherboard.

GO MSI and ABIT!

Re:Don't believe so. I never got the option.
