Exchange Server – Drive Moving? [good resources] [exchange 2000]

Can anyone tell me a good way or a number of good resources on moving a Exchange 2000 to install on another drive?

As an owner of an IT company and it's technical head, I am supposed to be the tech god – so I can't ask my techs everything I don't know.
Thanks to AT, they need never know that I am sometimes as clueless as they are… 
Re:On a larger HD but the same system? Use imaging software that is capable of working with NTFS and 2000 Servers.
Re:Follow these (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q257184) instructions if you just want to move the database and/or log files. If you want to move everything – the executables, etc, you need to reinstall and then restore your data from backups.
