Hey guys, I'm rather a newbie Please help. [bin and cue files] [philips cdrw]
Q: Ok, I have a few problems with my computer. The main problem is when I run a few progs and searching the internet (cable) my computer freezes for up to three seconds, sometimes a shorter time. This happens very bit.
** another problem. I have a Philips CDRW thats burn music CDs fine, but when I bin cue files to burn and every time one is finished I take the CD out and put another in. After the CD-RW reads the new cd it freezes the computer and I have it again with the switch. This happens with CDRWin, fire burner etc so Im pretty sure no one prog.
I gateway p3 450 with 128 PC100 2 HDD 27.3 u0026amp; 45.
I m running a win98se

All that does is force Windows to use a large VCguyHE and a small swap file. However, you may run into problems when more free memory is required. Windows has had a history of not wanting to free up the VCguyHE.
Re:When was the last time you did any drive maintenance??
You need to dump temporary internet files and defrag your drive once in a while.

Re:Being no-one as answered I shall give this tough one a shot ,this may or may not help but worth a try, try increasing the storage space go into Internet options (in IE)& increase your Temporary Internet files folder, also more ram might help.As for your other problem all I can think of is make sure you have latest drivers,& maybe make sure you have a decent PSU in there.
