How can I flash my BIOS Soyo Dragon? UPDATE READ [soyo dragon] [awd flash]
Q: ARite, I read all instructions on the website on my Soyo BIOS flash. I copied the AWD, and flash the BIOS file on my hard drive and tried to boot with the disk in the A drive, but it diddnt work! Ack!
I need to get my computer from having the A: drive so I can awdflash.exe file. Im using win2k. Any help would be appreicated.
UPDATE:
I successfully flashed my BIOS, but I do every Windows update causes freezing 5-10 seconds after log in. . ack!
After many unsucessful tries with 3 different BIOS revisions, I had to return to my old BIOS.
From what I learned from my old problem of link (http:// ($ MySite) / messageview.cfm? Catid = 32 u0026 threadid = 697 727 ), I flash my BIOS.
So . pretty much . is there something im missing after I flash my BIOS? I know im using the correct ones (rite from Soyo website)

usually after you flaxh the bios
you have to set everything back to default setting and go into BIOS and
do your own settings.

Re:You need to get either a: a win9x winxp boot up disk, or b) download a boot up disk from the internet. and put them on a disk to get to dos prompt.
You can go to bootdisk.com and they should have the stuff to make them.
