How completely and totally remove MSN Messenger reinstall? [hotmail account] [folders]
Q: My Messenger installed, but I blew it, I was unable to use voice chat. I would like to remove, but not displayed in the Add / Remove Programs. What I need to delete to completely get rid of it (files, folders, reg. Entries)?
I tried installing the latest version at the top of this one, but I get an error saying that I can not login at all.
My Messenger profile from my hotmail account, which was inactive because I did not use it. Me reactivated hotmail, but Messenger still does not let me to log Any ideas?

That is pretty slick, I think I'll try it.
Unfortunately nothing has fixed MSN Messenger, I'll probably end up reinstalling XP to get it to work right. I'm due for a reinstall anyway.

I just ran it and what do you think? The Messenger is gone! Is this good or bad? I never even used it, so I guess it should be pretty good.

Re:If you had SP1 installed, you would find Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components showing MSN Messenger.
Try to remove it from the list see if it help.
