Actually, it was less than that.

RossMAN told him of a place where they were doing "Buy 2 get 1 free", so that bought it down to 10.6 billion. Also, RossMAN found a 10% off all storage rebate from CC, plus a 15% manufacturer's rebate, which then took it down to 8.16 billion.
