I can't speak for him, but I tried it and it immediately defaulted to FSAA disabled as soon as I popped the GF2 back in.
Re:Counter-Strike, by far, is not going to stress your computer hardware.
Install U2003, then benchmark and come back to us.

Re:key thing is that you're running CS…try running something more intensive and you'll see the difference right away.
You don't need anything more than a geforce3 ti200 to max out CS unless you want really hardcore AA (like 4x).
