How to remove heatpad of the CPU / GPU
Q: How do you you remove what is left of a heatpad a CPU?

Yes it works, but not all that well. I find lighter fluid, goof off, and salive to be a better alternative.

Re:Alcohol's not bad, but I found that "mineral spirits " worked a lot better , to remove the "leftovers" from the pad/compound.
You might wanna try that if you have some lying around
Re:Use something plastic (credit card) and then use alcohol to get the adhesive off.
