IE maximized windows are only 2 “Tall [quot] [last time]
Q: This has happened before, I think I last fixed by changing the time my resolution and then change it back. But that is impossible to it.
I ran SpyBot Search and Destroy, so suggestions?

I replied before you edited your thread title and before the thread was moved to Software. Your original thread title only said that you were having problems with IE.
From the screenshot, IE looks like it's been moved down.
It does… but if you look at the button next to the 'X' up at the top right (maximize/restore), it's on the restore, showing that it's maxmized…. meaning something's preventing the top of the title bar in IE from going to the top of the screen when the window's maximized.
Not sure of what could be causing it, myself…

Re:Close all open IE windows except one of them. MAXIMIZE the IE window then close it. When you reopen it should be full screen.
