is it possible for my entire screen [3d game] [soundcard]
Q: Is there a software program (prefereably free) that would allow me to record whats on my screen and sound in a avi / mpg file? Pretty much like what FRAPS, except I want to be able to doing something, I record in windows, instead of a 3D game.
Best Answer: For such purposes I used VidCrop PRO where I could crop unnecessary boarders on video area and cut part of video using timeline.

Re:oh lol wow. i already have win encoder 9, i just use it for converting files. Didn't even think to look there for screen captures.
EDIT: i'm having some problems…I have dual monitors and i only want to record my SECOND monitor -_-;
