Q: That will be:
1. disabling certain programs over time. As the implementation of a method for sleep or when I use the winamp TV (MMC ATI) on my computer.
2. Also turn off the computer and, after 1 hour?
Does thing exist?

Re:well… i figured out shutdown.
I created a shortcut "%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 10"
then i created a scheduled task to run that.
Now on the quest to find something that will turn off specific programs like winamp/TV/etc.

I believe he's suggesting that you do this manually i.e. each time you want the computer to hibernate. Obviously that doesn't help you in your quest for automation, however
