Need help with Installation Software (Ghost Recon) help please [ghost recon] [software ghost]
Q: I installed Ghost Recon about a month ago, but when I deleted it (not through the uninstall program)
So now when I look at Ghost Recon install it says already installed, and try to Add / Remove self as it doesnt exist.
Is there a way I can reinstall Ghost Recon? I attempted to remove the key from regedit, Ghost Recon, but it does not work.
I can not install Ghost Recon (
Any help appreciated
Re:yeah, so therefore, there are still some registry entries in your system… you're gonna have to try to find them somehow.
There is a directory in the registry that lets you remove the programs on the Add/Remove Programs List…
I dont know remember what it was… sorry, you can try doing a search for it on the net
Re:its still in the Add/Remove list, but it wont remove now
So when I go to install Ghost Recon it thinks the game is still installed and I cant isntall it
Re:Yeah I know you manually deleted it but because you only manually deleted it, it still can be in the Add/Remove Programs List.

Re:If you go to Add/Remove under Control Panel can you uninstall it that way?
If you go to the homesite of the game they might have a FAQ on manually removing the game… try checking that out
