Q: Setting up with a driver, what should I use and how is it done?

Best Answer: First of all make sure the Modem, Router, and your Mac is unplugged.

Connect your Modem to the service providers cable/phone wire to the back of the Modem, then use an ethernet cable to connect from your modems output to the Routers input port it is the one by its self. then connect another ethernet cable to 1st of the 4 output ports on the back of the router, and then to your Mac's ethernet input. I suggest using an ethernet cable to connect to your Mac, it is faster and more secure then using a WIFI connection.

Now plug in the Modem, the Router, and your Mac, turn on your Mac, after your Mac has loaded and settled down, insert the disk that came with your Wifi Router in to the CD/DVD Drive and follow the instructions, select WPA and enter your key codes, write down all codes you entered, that is your password, you will need them, when using a wifi receiver like your Mac or Ipad touch.

Your Modem DSL LED lights should be on, From left to right 1st is the power light, 2nd is the DSL signal, it should be steady, not blinking, if it is blinking make sure the phone cable is connected to the back of the DSL Modem, if it is connected and still blinking contact your phone DSL Technical Support, and ask them if they can see your DSL Modem. and what is the speed of your DSL Modem The 3rd LED light is your Signal Traffic.
