Would love to know how to start a class action lawsuit… Too many companies jerking the consumers around. Okay,enough ranting for now.
<sigh> What's with all these people getting sue happy these days? Especially when there's nothing you can do and you know it… They haven't done anything illegal, and you can cancel and get your money back can't you? If you can't the product is indeed made and getting shipped eventually correct? So there's nothing they did that they can be sued for.

Re:Nintendo screwed everyone in japan… They made sure no average joe could get a copy by selling it online. They just want you to buy the Wii and Zelda with it. But remember E3 04 when Nintendo had crap all to show but TWP pn the gamecube. They advertised it like hell for being exclusive to gamecube. Then they announced it would be ported to Wii but the zelda they showed on the Wii had huge controller design flaw at E3 06. Also if you look a gamespot review of zelda and look why it got a 8.9. The reason it got a 8.9 was because of the crappy sound coming out of the Wii controller which has very low quality speaker integrated. Like when you slash with your sword or find a secrete you hear a terrible low quality sound from the controller and you can't change it to output the voice from the TV speaker. Zelda controls don't feel right and you start wishing that slashing sword could be done by the A button. I bet the game would be way better on gamecube than on Wii but all nintendo cares is that the game sells way better on Wii than gamecube.

Re:I've heard that a lot of people are getting it, but it's in short supply. Some people report stores having many, some report the stores being sold out.
I pre-ordered my copy a few days ago, but had to send a money order…and now they're back-ordered too. So it will be a while for me.
