Q: A friend of my computer is running really slow lately (since 3 weeks ago), and he has done scans with Ad-Aware, Spybot and Avast! Anti-virus (all up to date). It takes approximately 2 minutes to print a page, and used to seconds.
He s take turns Win2k Pro, so it can not be a system restore.
He said that his computer has a lot of dust inside, but that would not really cause a this.
Any ideas do?

Q: A customer called me and told me that his computer was all gummed and he got a huge amount of popups. I stopped and installed AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy u0026 download all updates for each. I then scanned the computer with each application and remove everything that has been identified as adware / spyware. I ran various scans for each scan came back and told me that there are no problems found. I also ran a full antivirus scan and it came back clean. Then I have the Google toolbar
