Best course of action for Bad BIOS Flash? [endless string] [bios flash]

Q: Hosed my K7T Pro2A by trying the overclockers in the flash BIOS using WinFlash. The program would be 1% and then error checking. I thought it was stopped before a flash, so no need to reflash the previous BIOS. Suffice to say, I was wrong.

Q: I have an Opteron 0546 170 (2 * 2.0 GHz, 2 * 1MB) from Monarch in the post yesterday, and put it in my DFI Nf4 Ultra-D (after a BIOS flash). It is cooled by an XP-90 a (slow / quiet) 3000 RPM Panaflo fan.

Q: I do not know whats going on, when I talk about overclocking and power to not start up, but when I hit the reset it boots fine. it would be too low vCore I tried 1.42 to 1.55 thats according to the hardware monitor.
