I Cnet NIC in a Dell computer. It was nice running with Win2k native drivers, but now that I have WinME installed on the machine, the Internet is very slow. WinME not all drivers for the NIC, so I downloaded the drivers from the website of the manufacturer. Ive tried several drivers, but can not seem to get decent performance. Q: I recently purchased an OEM WinXP Pro w/SP2 newegg, and when I went to install my new system I was getting CRC errors. After trying a few times I gave up and used someone elses XP Pro disc that installed, but since it came from a Dell computer I have a number of dell crap floating around and my IE windows to freeze (i use it firefox but this is weird all the same).
