Problem when I Win2000 install SCSI drivers installed during installation (in this case the Promise Ultra100 specific), it requires that I was in a floppy for drivers.

What should I do if I no floppy drive?

Can my Zip250 A: if there is another solution?

My friends Floppy Drive is deceased and we were wondering if we can install xp without floppy drive.
He has a brand new hard drive and we were like his hard drive fdisk. Can this be done with just the CD?

Q If I were a floppy disk and try to access the computer shuts down and restarts on its own. I thought it was either the drive itself or the food, so I swaped both. It is still the same and Im totally boggled by what may be causing it. Can anyone give me on track direction.

Question: Any idea why XP says my floppy drive works well and I can not use . Error reading the disc and it would restart and cause memory dump.

Some time ago, my computer started doing this weird thing: he connects the floppy drive out of the blue (although there is nothing), stutters a few times and close up.

The damn routine is very noisy, too.

My think that it could try to get a document or a program that was ever opened directly from the floppy (I do not know what the access). Ive tried the TEMP folder clear but still nothing.

Any advice?

Q: Im a complete fresh install on my laptop a new hard drive. Is there a software like Ghost to clone an image of the hard disk that can be run from a USB stick?

Or what do you recommend to make the image? I have no floppy drive on the laptop, the hard disk is a 2.5 “SATA drive so I do not have an adapter to connect to my desktop.
