What idiot Power Supply [new water] [mobo]

Q: I want to the new system I installed for Cool Water leaks and force fans to test, and I do not want to power the CPU and Mobo. How to make fool of the PS into thinking everything is connected.

Q: I recently had to RMA my mobo as it would be and now I have the new mobo installed and reinstalled everything and itll boot and get to the BIOS screen and then turned off. I went to the BIOS settings, CPU and looked under options and it recognizes the CPU, so it does not look that it had. What would you propose doing?

Q: I have the Asus A7V Asus website that says I can 2100
Athlon to XP (go with the latest BIOS that I have). I ordered a 2100 and the
guys jerked around 2 weeks before they finally shipped and they sent a 2200.
