Remote Desktop for XP . need some help [remote desktop] [router]

Q: Im on a router at home, so of course I intrent an IP (192.168.2.2 so) How can I connect to my computer remotely to a computer journaling say here at my school (or anywhere in the house)? Please help me guys!
