URGENT: Cannot Login to Windows 2000! [ibm a30] [windows 2000]

Q: I have an IBM A30 running Windows 2000 and I used the product recovery after a fatal mess. Rehabilitation / restoration completed successfully, but now when I turn it on it asks me for an Admin p / w, even before I SET! AAAGGGH

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

I do not have msconfig.exe in Windows 2000 [startup control panel] [windows 2000]

Q: I have a program that keeps running at startup cruel and introducing a corresponding icon in my tray. I disabled using Startup Control Panel, but the program and the icon reappear. Ive heard of msconfig permanently off, but I do not do it in my Windows 2000. Seems that Ive heard of a replacement, but could not locate it. Thanks for any help.

Which OS is best to run the Xeon 2.4 [windows 2000]

Q: I get a Xeon 2.4 system and was worndering thats the best OS to run with it, Windows 2000 or XP Pro. I use this on DVD and other general things up.
