Win2k and WinXP systems can not see each other on the network [celeron] [winxp]

Q: The problem is that they can not see each other on the network. My Celeron is the shared printer on my Duron system, too, they can not ping each other by an IP or hostname. Continue reading for more info if you want . and btw, I have the network set up so that I can EPK-109 client to get on the Celeron, so it can start cracking EPK for TA, so please help me to get.

Q: I am runing on WinXP SP 1 and since then I install The Sims Online Play Test, my computer is constantly rebooting itself randomly. Currently I can not stay in Windows for more than 2 minutes without crashing. Sometimes it will show me a corrupt file at startup and I have to start again to try and repair. I try to reinstall Windows, but have no luck there since I keep getting a bluescreen in the middle of the installation. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
