Transfer subdomain to new IP? / BNC help [home computer] [amp]
Q: I have the domain hosted on a ckent.net u0026amp, a webhosting. If I have a subdomain, test.ckent.net, I can point to another IP address that has BNC running? How would I do that?
Well until I figure out how to foward the subdomain of IP Shel, I took a shot at configuring BNC. I did good work, but when I try to connect to my home computer, the connection times out. I think I bnc.conf right, C #

X: Standard Default.vhost.com VirtualHost Connect Use
# Q: Other another.vhost.com vhosts That Can Be # Used
Q: How many vhosts Different.vhost.com as you Want

Re:Which bnc are you using?
Is the port already in use?

Re:The only thing that changes is:
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:6000 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
(when i use port 6000)
When i try to run that example config, it gives me the error "Exit ./bnc{4} :Unable to bind to socket."

Its running, the log says it is. Ive tried a variety of different ports, and none seem to work…
You should be able to configure the port it is running on.
Stop bnc, run:
netstat -an
Start bnc, run:
netstat -an
And see what has changed, if this is your system anyhow. If it isn't this might be more difficult. ![]()
