For a free program to do Thunderbird/Firefox backups/restores, check out Mozbackup. I use that and it works exactly as advertised.

Re:I've done this with firefox. In the document and setting folder, i think that what it is called in vista still. whatever user you want that stuff to show up for, there a folder called roaming, paste it in that folder.
Re:I'm kinda surprised. Firefox has an import feature, but why don't they have an export feature to export the settings for that user in a file? It only seems obvious. I know you could just copy the folder which contains the settings, but you'd think there would be an easier way to do that.
Re:Well, i have figured it out
However, plz recommend me an antivirus.
And will Zone Alarm Pro 6.5.722 work on Vista?
