Why windows wont see the new HD? [device manager] [western digital]

Q: Ok, I bought a 5400 60 gig WD for storage use. Imagine him as a slave to see the bios at startup and even the device manager sees. Yet, when I open up my computer is not there. Andthere is no drive letter assigned in the Device Manager. My main drive is an IBM 7200 1914 gig.

Re:If you have Tweak UI, make sure you have that drive enabled under the My Computer tab.
