WinXP SP2 not limited. outgoing connections workaround [outgoing connections] [workaround]
Q: Ive read that WinXP SP2 no limits seriously Jr. outbound connections (up to 10 I think) .
Is there a solution to this problem?

This is all FUD. See guy's post above.
XP SP2 does not limit your connections. What it impliments is a un-established connection queue and this simply will not affect 99.99% of legitimate traffic.

You've read wrong. SP2 limits simultaneous outbound TCP connection attempts per second. Unless you try to connect to 10 invalid IP addresses in the same second, you will never hit this issue. The only legitimate software that could be impacted by this queue is a port scanner. Everything else should work exactly as it did in XP SP1.
